6-12 Months
Order & mail save the dates.
Tip! Send save the dates earlier rather than later for destination and holiday weddings since guests will need more time to prepare.
3-4 Months
Order wedding invitations and enclosure cards.
What are enclosure cards? Reception cards, accommodation cards, direction cards and response cards are all important enclosures.
2-3 Months
Mail invitation ensembles.
Tip! Have a complete invitation ensemble weighed at the post office to determine exact postage, which will save you money
4 Weeks
Order wedding programs, ceremony and reception accessories.
3-4 Weeks
Collect final guest list.
Contact guests who have not responded. Calling, texting and emailing are all perfectly acceptable.
Up to 3 Months After
Mail thank you notes.
Let your guests know you appreciate them!
